weibd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and weibd (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of all products and services available at weibd.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and any other interactive entertainment features offered on the platform.

By accessing the weibd website, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

weibd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the weibd.io website. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

The weibd platform is intended exclusively for adult users. To register and maintain an account on weibd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. weibd strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and does not accept players under this age under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had a weibd account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that prohibits your participation in online gambling.
• You are opening only one personal account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the weibd platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, are subject to closure at weibd's sole discretion. In cases of confirmed multi-accounting, weibd reserves the right to confiscate all balances across duplicate accounts.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. weibd will never contact you via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your account password. Any request of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

• You must notify weibd immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
• weibd is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Account sharing — allowing any third party to access or operate your account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

weibd may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe specified by weibd may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

weibd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (United Commercial Bank). Additional payment options, including Visa and Mastercard, may be made available at weibd's discretion. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
• weibd charges no processing fee on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. Your mobile wallet provider's own fee schedule may apply independently.
• Deposits are credited to your weibd account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the weibd cashier help documentation. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed.

weibd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering precaution and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

weibd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. The general conditions set out in this clause apply to all bonuses unless expressly overridden by the individual promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• weibd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to have exploited a bonus through irregular betting patterns — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements — may have their bonus voided and any derived winnings cancelled.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Attempting to claim multiple accounts' bonuses through a single individual is bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Durga Puja are subject to their own promotional terms, which will be published separately.

All bets and wagers placed on the weibd platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and table games each operate under their own rule sets, which are published within the relevant product section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all weibd products:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player except where explicitly permitted by the rules of the specific product.
• weibd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the event is in question, or where the bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round will be voided and the wager returned to the Player's account balance. weibd's decision on the resolution of technical faults is final.
• Live in-play bets on cricket, football, and other sports are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which odds may change. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of final acceptance confirmation.
• Maximum bet and maximum win limits apply to all products. Applicable limits are displayed within each product's interface. weibd reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

All casino games available on weibd — including live dealer titles from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slots from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pragmatic Play — operate under the rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a conflict between weibd's platform rules and a provider's game rules, the provider's rules shall take precedence for that specific game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the weibd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias, for any purpose including bonus farming.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents the platform's intended operation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events covered on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any interactive game in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
• Using the weibd platform or your account balance for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account interaction.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal without proper authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercialise any element of the weibd platform, software, or content.

All content on the weibd platform — including but not limited to the weibd brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of weibd or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the weibd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any weibd content or platform element.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their own licensing agreements. weibd makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

weibd collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at weibd.io/privacy-policy and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the weibd Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and platform use is handled with strict confidentiality. All data transmission between your device and the weibd servers is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. weibd does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil the services described in this Agreement (for example, payment processing partners) or as required by applicable law.

• You may request correction of inaccurate personal data by submitting a written request to the support team.
• Retention of your data after account closure is subject to the timeframes and conditions described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, weibd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the weibd platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service caused by circumstances outside weibd's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from actions taken by weibd in the proper enforcement of these Terms & Conditions.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game information, or event data resulting from third-party data feed errors.

weibd's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits weibd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may close your weibd account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance in your account. weibd will process all valid outstanding withdrawal requests before the account is formally closed.

weibd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in money laundering, fraud, or criminal financial activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy published on the platform.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction relating to the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, weibd reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity, it will be forfeited.

weibd reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, weibd will publish a notice on the weibd.io homepage and, where practicable, send a notification to the email address associated with registered accounts. The effective date of the revised terms will be clearly displayed at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the weibd platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and submit an account closure request to [email protected] before the new terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. weibd operates from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and these terms reflect the operational context of a platform serving the Bangladeshi market.

Our team will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be referred to formal dispute resolution procedures.

All disputes shall be conducted in English. weibd's records of account activity, transaction history, and game outcomes shall be considered authoritative evidence in any dispute unless demonstrably erroneous.
